If you are age 60 or older, join us for this brain health program using a "workout" themed approach brought to you by Catholic Charities.

The wits class is a brain health program which provides purposeful opportunities for older adults to engage intellectually & increase socialization through ongoing group participation. Each session’s exercises  are categorized to have a “workout” themed approach -  for example - warm-up, stretching,  workouts, and cool down. Join us for various-themed sessions which range from sports, US History, flowers, cars, women in History, and more. The activities include reading, crossword puzzles, word games,  recall activities, discussion, and more which focus on aging, memory, and brain health.
