Improve flexibility, balance, and posture while decreasing pain and stress. After yoga, we'll focus on the present moment by engaging all of our senses during a mindfulness tea meditation. Students can bring a favorite cup and tea if they choose, but tea cups and tea will also be provided by the instructor.
